I'm concerned that a typo in the case would successfully import the
wrong thing by doing the opposite operation.
Did you consider maybe -S for "skip_these_pkgs"? If the -s and -S are
switched, the import will fail because they are totally unrelated options.
The importer is expected to have a limited life, and I also don't expect
other consolidations to need to use this option. ON had the only two
special packages here.
I'm going to forge ahead unless if there's a strong objection, and also
did get a +1 review from Bart.
