Padraig - tested this and was able to install a package on my own image,
but the Install success dialog has a Close button on it that's disabled.
You would need to test the other remove, refresh and Publisher
functionality to make sure other dialogs are being enabled appropriately.

Testing setup I used:
Run:
$ cd /var/tmp
$ pkg image-create -a local=http://localhost:10011 testrepo
$ packagemanager -R /var/tmp/testrepo
Then in PM added pkg.opensolaris.org and installed a theme package
