The external repo has not been updated beyond build 134.  So the error
you're seeing is saying that you're trying to add a package that is too old
to be installed on your system, given the constraints imposed on the system
by osnet-incorporation.

I suppose there's room for message improvement here -- not only can no
matching version be installed, no matching version can be *found*,
indicating that either the repo is out of date with respect to the system,
or something pretty bad has happened to the repo.

However, you should point your opensolaris.org publisher at ipkg.sfbay/dev
instead.  But you should be doing that anyway, as it's cheaper for internal
users to be using the internal servers.
