Hi,
I'm running a build and test machine w. build 124, which I wanted to get
up to current bits to be able to build current Nevada/opensolaris bits.
when I run 'pkg image-update', I get the message in $subject, and that's
it - no stack, nothing.
I removed all other publishers (contrib, and a mirror for ipkg.sfbay)
and removed the only contrib package in 'pkg list' output - if I now run
'pkg list | grep -v SUNW', I get this (cleaned for width):
NAME (PUBLISHER) VERSION STATE UFIX
BRCMbnx 0.5.11-0.124 installed u---
FSWxorg-fonts-core 0.5.11-0.124 installed u---
NVDAgraphics 0.185.18.36-0.124 installed u---
babel_install 0.1-0.124 installed u---
entire 0.5.11-0.124 installed u---
slim_install 0.1-0.124 installed u---
'pkg refresh --full' didn't help either, nor did the attempt to 'pkg
install SUNW[i]pkg' or 'pkg install ipkg'
what's going on? what information can I provide to help debug this?
Greetings,
Is your opensolaris.org publisher currently configured to use
http://ipkg.sfbay/dev?
yes, it is.
If not, you may want to do that first.

Alternatively, 'pkg install -nv entire' may produce more useful output.
will test when I access that machine next (tomorrow, most likely). thx
