Hi - to improve the usability of Install/Remove, we have changed the
progress dialog to open the Details panel by default, which will list
all of the packages that will actually be downloaded and
installed/removed/updated after the plan (prepare stage) has completed.
15997 Package Manager could list full dependencies prior to package
