Folks,
This is a bugfix for an issue that was found yesterday, and that is
blocking Zones testing. The problem was caused by a change to the way
manifests were being downloaded. Not all of the corner cases were
adjusted to cope with the fact that a PkgFmri object was being provided
instead of a manifest's name.

I had the submitter test this fix, since I wasn't able to replicate the
conditions locally. He's been able to perform installs again with a
patch for this fix.
