My apologies for the extensive diffs to slim_cluster and
redist_cluster. This can be broken down into three parts
Removal of unnecessary include files
Adjusting to new X consolidation package boundaries
Addition of two non-X packages: crypto/ca-certificates and
system/library/security/crypto/pkcs11_kms
