Tested and looks fine, though you might want to file an RFE to have log
errors put in a multicolum list box with Source, Error and Date so a
user could list them sequentially by date if they wished.

This webrev logs errors which occur when checking for updates. These
errors can be viewed by the user using the log viewer in Package Manager.
