Those are not new - they're in the list in

For the X conversion, I did add a couple new properties to the list - the
info.font.* ones which were discussed and reviewed on pkg-discuss, and then
I submitted a change to the pkg gate to add them to that document.
set name=net.sourceforge.pkgbuild,defines...
set name=net.sourceforge.pkgbuild,version...
Those seem to be using the "organization specific attributes" registered by
domain name, which the owner of the pkgbuild.sourceforge.net domain name
would be responsible for definining/maintaining the namespace for, but you
should probably discuss whether they are general ones that should be added
to the general namespace.
