6978131 zoneadm install does not fail if underlying pkg commands fail

Note that the fix for this exposes another bug that needs to be fixed in onnv.
As the synopsis implies, the exposed bug is not harmful. It simply causes
zoneadm to spit a few error messages and do an "rm -rf" when it should really do
"zfs destroy"
7006188 zoneadm cleanup_zonepath() is inefficient and noisy
