The following webrev contains changes and fixes for the following items:
18105 api should support multiple repositories (origins) with
different package data
18107 pkg search returns no results and fails if a publisher with no
origins is present
These changes allow a user to have multiple origins with different sets
of package data configured for a single publisher. For example, you
could have both /dev and /release configured for the 'opensolaris.org'
publisher. Previously, all origins for a publisher had to have the same
package data.
