probably use pkgrecv or rsync in a cron job to keep it synchronized.

repository/origins
A list of locations (URIs) of repositories that contain
a complete copy of the repository's package metadata
and content.
Clients will use the additional locations listed as alternate sources to
get the package data found in the repository where you set this. You
should only specify sources that contain exactly the same package data.
