What's the problem with the legacy action in developer/macro/cpp?
7072498 developer/macro/cpp has an invalid legacy action
Basically the package's legacy action include multiple "desc" and
"vendor" attributes. This wasn't an issue until recently with the
integration of (I believe)
14805 action creation shouldn't allow multiple values for key
attributes
The end result is an error of the form
pkgsend: 'add' failed for transaction ID
'1311814763_pkg%3A%2F%2Fsolaris%2Fdeveloper%2Fmacro%2Fcpp%400.5.11%2C5.11-0.171%3A20110728T005923Z': The
action 'legacy category=system desc="Solaris cpp" desc="Solaris cpp" hotline="Please
contact your local service provider"
The consolidation wouldn't have seen the publication error until
they've moved to build 171 but RE will see it now given that we run the
set-publisher process with PATH and PYTHONPATH set.
