The integration of:
18330 "ipkg" brand is poorly named
adds a build dependency on the system/zones/brand/solaris package, which
was introduced in snv_171. This means that both of:
cd src; make packages
cd src/pkg; make install
require osnet bits 171.
Also, currently, the gate is broken due to the above integration, but
this should be resolved shortly.
