This change removes the special handling of signature related properties
and provides a general way of displaying properties set on publishers.
Can you think of any alternatives to using '=' in the output? Since
this output doesn't need to be machine-readable, it seems like there
might be better ways to present it. Uncertain what those are at the
moment, but hopeful maybe there's an alternative.
Also, could you file an RFE to have the properties be accessible via the
parseable output of -F? publisher_list will need to be changed to use
misc.get_listing for that. We also need to document the -F option for
publisher when that's done.
