I am not aware of any problems this causes, but you aren't in a well
tested space at this point I think. Perhaps someone else will feel
confident to state that it is not (or is) a problem.
Since one version is simply greater than the other, it will work just
fine. But it's also a bit silly to have this.

It took a bit more time to weed out all the imports but I got option 2
working using the
bypass-generate action to the offending files:
pkg.depend.bypass-generate=^usr/lib/python2.6/vendor-packages/bootmgmt/.*$
