I've gone over the webrev, and it looks good from a technical standpoint.
As I say, I still think that changing the default behaviour is a bad
idea, and given that we have svc:/application/pkg/mirror, I'd hope users
will be less likely to run into the issues they were running into with
the previous default pkgrecv behaviour.
However, I'm not going to stand in the way of the changeset: I'll try to
retrain my brain to use '-m latest', or always remember to qualify the
package names I'm looking for with versions and timestamps, and move on.
