For the upcoming squeeze release, it would be useful for the Debian
kernel handbook <http://kernel-handbook.alioth.debian.org/> to cover
DKMS in the section 'Building out-of-tree kernel modules'.  Could
someone write a short explanation, similar to the current explanation of
module-assistant?  The source format for the handbook is DebianDoc
format, but I can mark up plain-text if necessary.

Note that this documentation is not currently packaged, so it is not
affected by the freeze date.
