In the upstream bugzilla, there is a bug [1] reported with the itip
formatter that crashes Evolution. In that bug report, there is a patch
[2] which I have successfully used since April 2005 to fix this bug.
Please consider including this patch in the Debian maintained package
until it is fixed upstream.
