I think this quite clearly falls within the description of Suggests.
What I would really like was an intuitive way to show that Evolution
obtains the ability to spell check as soon as gnome-spell is
installed. That would be nice to show in the package manager (sugested
package gnome-spell adds "spell checking" to package evolution) and in
the evolution UI. References from an application to the package
manager is a general, non-trivial problem though.
I'll close the bug as I think it should remain a Suggest. Please
reopen if you disagree strongly.
