Same problem here since upgrading from 2.12.2-1 to 2.12.2-1+b1, the security features and settings are gone. I'm unable to configure a new account with SSL/TLS, but the already configured accounts using SSL/TLS still work fine with 2.12.2-1+b1.
Downgrading to 2.12.2.-1 fixes the problem.
