The patch contains of mostly better IMO stylistics in Russian sentences (less English-like straight translations), many punctuation corrections (again, less straight English-like commas), several orthographic corrections (mostly typos), few new translated strings (there is no more untranslated messages in this .po), and few redefined terms.
