thanks for clarification! I would blame bloody computer scientists with their 'index from 0' ;)
run 9 (numbered from 1) == chunk 8 (numbered from 0) as in labels.txt I have updated the note to make it explicit: Data for the run 9 (chunk 8) of subject 5 was corrupted and therefore should not be used for the analyses. In the 'labels.txt' file all samples in that chunk are marked as 'rest' condition. (Acknowledgement goes to MS Al-Rawi who reminded us about this non-disclosed 'feature' of the dataset) On Thu, 10 Mar 2011, MS Al-Rawi wrote: > Thank you all for the discussion... > http://data.pymvpa.org/datasets/haxby2001/README.rst .....says > Data for the run (chunk) 8 of subject 5 was corrupted > 8 -> 9 -- =------------------------------------------------------------------= Keep in touch www.onerussian.com Yaroslav Halchenko www.ohloh.net/accounts/yarikoptic _______________________________________________ Pkg-ExpPsy-PyMVPA mailing list [email protected] http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-exppsy-pymvpa
