Dear All, I have a set of data that were processed (GLM with EVs) with FSL. I want to do svm classification in pymvpa. FSL creates zstat, tstat, and cope files (nii) for each subject for each EV. I would ask which of these three file are better to fed the classification experiments in pvmvpa.
