Hm, for wifi (and battery, brightness, usb) I have only pre/post-suspend/resume,
pre/post-disable/enable is only additionally available for bluetooth/gps/gsm
(o-p-p 0.10-1).

Isn't ifupdown a Debianism and ifconfig $if up/down more general?
