At a first glance, it looks like file system corruption.

Same problem here, I have been trying to install debian on my SD card for long 
time an many times but I get always errors.

Mostly internal error, and now the one setting up zhone....

I also see that the install.sh script has is a new one? 
I got it from http://wiki.debian.org/DebianOnFreeRunner, is this the to use?
