Please add ogg vorbis tremor plugin (libgstivorbis.so), which is being described on this page: http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/head/gst-plugins-bad-plugins/html/gst-plugins-bad-plugins-plugin-tremor.html The tremor support in gstreamer will heavily improve ogg decoding on ARM devices, like the Openmoko Freerunner. Please note, that pkg-fso guys are using gstreamer for playing ring tones and tremor would improve the usability by having shorter delays between the call notification and the ring tone.
