It does not at the moment :( I've tried today to make it work with frameworkd started normally at boot, but failed. I just couldn't get frameworkd + abyss to work, although it would work if I started it by hand with the same options. I also couldn't find how to start ogsmd so it's disabled by default and it only enables when I call Enable() on it. Hopefully things will be better, maybe with cornucopia. You can still try things out by customising the gsm hook script so it won't run frameworkd and maybe just runs a couple of mdbus commands, or just nothing at all.
