Thanks for your answers, everyone! 1°) NAND Priority is to install Debian on the µSD, but I'll explore the NAND possibility too.
2°) Bootloader I'll make u-boot my priority (although I'm using Qi right now), I'll try to support both, and propose to install Qi the same way a x86 build proposes to install grub. 3°) DE LXDE and Illume seems to be the main challengers, after all. I haven't tried LXDE yet, but I'll do that in the near future. 4°) Phone suite I think I'll go for phoneui, but I'll give a try to Zavai first. I may try ofono too. About those two points, I'm not sure about one, or two tasks? One for a "DE for handheld devices" and one for a phone stack? What do you think of it? I'm not too sure we should ask the user to select a phone suite at installation time, I mean, on a regular desktop, d-i doesn't ask you what DE you want to use.
