Drop build dependency on sharutils
Since we're using source format 3.0 we can include binary files in debian/.
So
no longer ship oa128.png.uu, but use the plain binary PNG file
debian/openarena128.png.

Remove quilt from rules file
As we're using source format 3.0 quilt we don't need to care for quilt
patches
in debian/rules anymore. So drop the quilt calls and patch-stamp things.
