You started using the source:Version substvar provided by dpkg, but that
was introduced in version 1.13.19. So please add a "dpkg (>= 1.13.19)"
to the Build-Depends.

This is not valid anymore, now that etch has been released. You can
revert the fix from the svn repo. Closing.
