Bug description:
Binary package hint: supertuxkart
Currently, Supertuxkart is compiled against a version-specific package of Plib.
On Karmic, this prevents the installation of any package requiring the
non-version-specific package, libplib1. Therefore, this dependency should be
changed on Karmic.
