Bug description:
I use
freeciv-client-gtk 2.1.3-1
on ubuntu 8.04
and "Alt-RET" which is supposed to maximize the client window.
it does, but the top and bottom panels (present in the default gnome setup)
flicker in front of the maximized window.
this does not happen on fedora, so I think it should be a ubuntu bug.
