Bug description:
To reproduce the bug in 8.04:
1. Turn on the extra visual effects.
a) Right click on desktop.
b) Click the last panel.
c) Choose the third radio button.
2. Start Neverball or Neverputt.
3. Move the window.
Traces remain after moving it. First it freezed the system that I had to reset.
