Perhaps someone could find out if sdl/xaw3d are still being developed. I've been told that gtk is the only actively developed client (the others are just maintained). that sounds like something relevant to include in the description. The package descriptions do not say what the differences are between them. The package descriptions are identical except for the line "This is the SDL version of the Freeciv client.". This relies on the end user knowing what SDL and GTK are, and that they will get a better graphical performance from the SDL client.
