Paul- The bug submission form was giving an error every time I tried to
submit but it was apparently actually putting the bug into the database.
I've closed out all of the duplicates. The main bug (the one not marked
as duplicate) has the screenshot now.

To reproduce: paste '☹' into the text box on the chrome browser. Highight '☹'
with the mouse as one would do when activating the rendering canvas.
Also tried with Firefox, but bug does not occur there.
