[gutsy] lincity-NG runs with a black screen

Bug description:
Binary package hint: lincity-ng
Ubuntu gutsy i386.
When I open lincity-ng I get a black screen with a cursor. Music plays and the
application ends when I press the Esc key. I suspect this is OpenGL related.
Running from the command line I get:
