Xmoto should respect XDG folders specifications

Bug description:
Xmoto stores its information in .xmoto.
It should not be the case. Instead, the folder should be splitted according
to the freedesktop specifications :
http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/latest/ar01s03.html
1) Replays, levels and highscores should go to $XDG_DATA_HOME
2) Configuration stuffs should go to $XDG_CONFIG_HOME
3) Cache should go to $XDG_CACHE_HOME
