This bug should be fixed in latest Quarry release - 0.3. I've created Ubuntu packages of latest Quarry release - 0.3.0.1, see: https://code.launchpad.net/~baltix-members/+recipe/quarry-git It would be nice to see Quarry 0.3 in Ubuntu :)
