I can't reproduce this. (Admittedly I'm not actually using the 2.2.7 package on Oneiric -- I'm using self-compiled 2.2.7 code on Lucid -- but I'd be surprised if that made a difference.)
Can you provide a bit more detail -- perhaps a paired savegame and screenshot showing the problem? What kind of terrain is the "invisible" pollution on? Are any other specials/sprites (e.g., Fallout) affected? Is the problem specific to the "hex2t" tileset for you? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Debian/Ubuntu Games Team, which is subscribed to freeciv in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/930423 Title: pollution is invisible Status in “freeciv” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: the pollution glyph is invisible on the map. it is reported by the message log, and affects global warming, but it is not visible on the map. you can try editing the map using "ctrl-e" and placing pollution on a cell; the cell remains clean. I use hex2t tiles.
