It turns out that using Wine 3.0 fixes the issue! :)

Wasn't aware that PlayOnLinux ships not with the latest wine version by
default. You have to add the Wine version by hand via configuration

  I get an error when trying to open HTTPS pages with Safari :
  Safari ne parvient pas à ouvrir la page « » car 
Safari ne peut pas établir une connexion sécurisée au serveur « ».

  It seems to happen with every HTTPS page.
