Package: gnome-power-manager Version: 2.20.2-1 Severity: important After upgrading to gnome-power-manager 2.20.2-1 (coincidentally or not), my laptop now suspends whenever I unplug the AC cord.
I have to hold down and release the lid close detect button to resume from the suspend (and re-establish my wifi link, etc.). Previously, for many months, several times a day, I had unplugged the AC cord without the laptop suspending. I believe that to be the correct behavior. The laptop is an IBM ThinkPad T42 running a Debian stock 2.6.22-3-686 kernel. The battery has a good charge, as reported by /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/. I'm not certain the problem is with gnome-power-manager, but the timing of the problem exhibiting suggests that it is. Thanks. _______________________________________________ pkg-gnome-maintainers mailing list [email protected] http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-gnome-maintainers
