I asked #debian-ftp last week whether I should file a bug and I was told
that src:libpod already appears on
https://ftp-master.debian.org/cruft-report-daily.txt
...and thus (my understanding was that) no bug report is necessary.
If you have reason to believe this is not the case feel free to
reopen/retitle/reassign this to be an RM :)
