Actually I think it might be a good idea to ship standalone "libcontainer" as 
part of it successor "runc" (which is already in NEW)...

I've just uploaded "bugsnag-panicwrap" and "bugsnag-go" will follow once 
"panicwrap" is accepted. I specifically updated names of all binary packages 
for policy compliance.

Also I try to tag ITP bugs as "pending" (once uploaded) and maintain proper 
"blocks" relationships between bugs.

I'm looking forward to see docker-notary packaged. Thanks for working on it,
