I am a beginner user in debian and for work reasons I use Qgis software. I use
stable version 9.4 of debian, in it Qgis software is in version 2.14.11, I
would like to know if they could help me to use the latest version of Qgis 3.2
in stable debian 9.4.

For Debian stable we only provide QGIS LTR (2.18 currently) in
stretch-backports.

QGIS 3.2 will not be provided in the Debian repositories. The next LTR
will be 3.4 and that will supersede 2.18 in stretch-backports once it
migrates from unstable to testing.

If you need qgis packages that are not available in Debian itself, you
can use the repository provided by the QGIS project. See:
