I disabled reprotest because there's still the issue that clang (used
for byte-compiling everything into .bc files for JIT query execution)
still doesn't understand -ffile-prefix-map.
https://reviews.llvm.org/D49466 is making sloooow progress.
autopkgtest & piuparts are the most important ones in my opinion, so not
having that one is not an issue.
