When I start qgis, I get a window with the following error message:

    Couldn't load SIP module.
    Python support will be disabled.

As mentioned in the upstream issue, this issue is fixed in qgis
(3.10.10+dfsg-2) which was rebuilt for grass 7.8.4.

The underlying issue seems to be that the pyqt update requires a rebuilt
of qgis for the sip bindings.
