the problem is related to a changed behavior in pyresample itself.
The updated test works with pyresample 1.23 but not with the previous
versions.
To fix it I could set the minimum required pyresample version in
pythroll-schedule.
But I fear that this could worsen the migration problem.
Probably it is better to disable the problematic test (at least in
autopkdtest)
