Which is it?
You're being very inconsistent which email address to use for Debian
packaging.
libvigraimpex-dev is reinstated as a build dependency, is that
intentional? #984049 is fixed but the discussion doesn't inspire
confidence in that project.
VERSION is hardcoded in d/rules instead of extracted from source or
d/changelog.
--with python3 is removed in d/rules but dh_python3 should still be used
which it won't now.
The library packages in d/control are renamed but the corresponding
files are not renamed:
$ ls debian/libsaga-*-*
debian/libsaga-api-8.0.1.install
debian/libsaga-api-8.0.1.lintian-overrides
debian/libsaga-gdi-8.0.1.install
debian/libsaga-gdi-8.0.1.lintian-overrides
