OK, it is a problem to debug on mipsel (I should ask access to a
porterbox), and I doubt that upstream can help in this case.

If you have patches to try, I can run a build on the porterbox.

Skipping it on mipsel makes sense, I wouldn't spend too much time and
effort on that architecture, pyresample is unlikely to have any actual
users on on mipsel.
